Guest speaker: Daniel Marchand, Senior Vice President, Head of Investor Global Sales at Trez Capital

Daniel has been in the asset management business for over 25 years. Across various firms, including Lazard Freres of New York, Nuveen Investments of Chicago and currently Trez Capital, he has launched over 20 new funds and has raised over $20 Bn of investor capital. He joined Trez 5 years ago as head of capital raising and marketing and the firm has grown from $1.6 Bn to over $4 Bn today. Currently he is marketing the firm’s first open-ended real estate equity fund.
