Institutional Mortgage Capital (IMC) is an independent investment firm managing commercial mortgage portfolios across Canada. Established in 2009, IMC serves institutional and private clients. Its primary strategies include core (Active Mortgage Fund) and value-add (Real Estate Debt Fund XIV).
