Pangea Global Investments (PGI) is a cross-border capital markets platform established to originate, structure, and place private credit and debt capital markets transactions across West Africa. Our platform is built at the intersection of two structural realities: Sub-Saharan Africa faces a $400B+ annual infrastructure and credit financing gap, and the institutional origination infrastructure capable of bridging that gap to global capital simply does not exist at scale. PGI is being built to close that gap. Our flagship vehicle is the Africa Financial Inclusion Credit Fund I (AFIC Fund I), a closed-end senior secured private credit fund targeting $75 - 100M in committed capital.
