The Yorkville Health Care Fund is an alternative investment strategy with a mandate focused on improving healthcare outcomes for residents and patients across Canada. The Fund adopts a core and satellite approach, where ~80% of our assets are concentrated in healthcare infrastructure, specifically sole ownership of the 2nd largest elderly care provider in Canada. The remainder of our holdings, ~20%, are concentrated in ancillary health services that feed into the day-to-day operations of elderly care. This includes majority ownership of Canada's largest institutional pharmacy and sole ownership of a multidisciplinary health business based out of British Columbia.
