Yorkville Health Care Fund

The Yorkville Health Care Fund is designed to provide yield, with potential for capital appreciation through both organic growth and acquisitions. The Fund’s mandate is the acquisition and redevelopment of various healthcare silos that have high barriers to entry. These sectors include long-term care (LTC) facilities, retirement communities, institutional pharmacy, and multi- disciplinary health services. The Fund aims to deliver yield and capital appreciation derived from its investments in healthcare businesses growing as a result of positive demographic shifts, increased government funding, and insatiable demand driven by chronic healthcare shortages across Canada.
